All of our insulators are produced and specifically designed for the oven industry; we use non-polluting products, totally free of organic binders, with very limited Formaldehyde emissions, safe, stable and resistant to high temperatures. Under the expected conditions, the product is stable over time and guarantees ideal insulation to reduce consumption and save energy both in leavening, cooking and during washing functions.

  The AISI 316 steel with which the combustion chambers of our ROTORBAKE ovens are built and the particular shape of the firebox ensure exceptional durability over time, and allow us to guarantee their integrity for at least 7 years.

  The heat exchanger positioned inside the cooking chamber around the fans guarantees maximum yield, significantly reducing consumption.   To ensure the maximum sealing of temperature and steam inside the chamber, reducing consumption and cooking times, the door of our Rotorbake ovens can be equipped with a double rubber + steel gasket and a double closure.

  With an automatic lifting system of the rack designed and built to last over time without the need for lubrication or continuous maintenance, in our Rotorbake it is possible to insert very heavy racks without any effort and without "shaking" the product.
